Jhanak 2 May 2026: The host asks Jhanak to come forward and speak on the topic. Jhanak takes the mic and says that after listening to some speeches, she feels like she is still living in the 90s and not in 2025. She says girls still struggle a lot to achieve their dreams. She gives the example of the Indian women’s cricket team and says they proved that cricket is not just a gentleman’s game, but a game for everyone, by winning the World Cup. Everyone claps for her.

She then asks why some people still think girls are weaker than boys. Jhanak says girls can do everything, from giving birth to going to space, so why are they still not treated equally? She says society gives more freedom and rights to boys. She questions why, in many homes, boys still get to eat first. Even after facing all this unfairness, girls still achieve so much. Everyone claps again.
Jhanak says girls deserve the same rights as boys. She adds that girls are extraordinary and have already crossed boys in many areas. She thanks everyone for giving her the chance to speak. Everyone claps loudly. The host then invites the Dean to the stage. The Dean tells the students that they will study there for five years, so they must behave well. He says they are all like his children, and he will treat everyone equally.
After the speech, Aayush tells Jhanak that he is sure she will get first place. Jhanak says she used to take part in school programs before, but this feels much bigger and different.
At the same time, Mishti asks Priyanshi where Thilothama is because they have to perform after Saanjbati’s performance. Priyanshi says Thilothama is not answering her calls. Mishti tells her they should get ready first, and they both go to the room. Their teacher asks where Thilothama is.
Priyanshi calls Thilothama’s mother and finds out that Thilothama got injured and has been admitted to the hospital. She tells everyone the bad news. Mishti gets worried and asks how they can dance without their main dancer. The teacher tells them they cannot back out now and must find another solution.
She notices Jhanak nearby and asks if she can take the main dancer’s position since she had watched the rehearsal. Jhanak gets shocked and asks how she can dance without practice. The teacher tells her not to miss this opportunity. Aayush also encourages her to do it.
The teacher tells Mishti that Jhanak will replace Thilothama. Mishti questions how Jhanak can perform without rehearsal. The teacher says their college reputation is at stake, and she believes Jhanak can do it. After hesitating for a while, Jhanak finally agrees. The teacher tells them to get ready because they will perform once the debate winner is announced.
Meanwhile, the host announces that Saanjbati will perform next. Rishi starts wondering where Jhanak is.
Just then, the host announces that Education Minister Indrani has arrived. The Dean welcomes her warmly, takes her to the stage, and presents her with a bouquet. Everyone claps.
Dadabhai tells Putul that this is the same education minister who helped solve Jhanak’s issue. Putul says Jhanak is not there at the moment. Dadabhai says they will meet her before leaving.
Neelu says she is excited to hear Saanjbati sing. Saanjbati admits that she is nervous. Rishi reminds her that she is already a professional singer, so there is no reason to be scared. Saanjbati says she has not performed on stage for a long time. Neelu says she is sure Saanjbati will do well.
Aditi notices that her parents have still not arrived. She tells Saanjbati that her mother, Srishti, is a dancer. Soon, the host announces the special guests, Aniruddh and Arshi. Aditi happily introduces her parents to Saanjbati.
In Simulboni, Veer tells Parashar that he wants to inform Jhanak about his fever. Parashar stops him and says there is no need because he would feel better after some sleep. While half asleep, he murmurs that he misses Jhanak. Veer hears him.
Bua comes there and says they cannot take Parashar to the hospital because of the police situation. She says they should call Jhanak so she can take care of him. She adds that it looks like Parashar wants to go to Nutan. Hearing this, Parashar laughs.
Bua says Parashar has gone mad ever since he met Nutan, and now Jhanak should be the one taking care of him. Veer reminds her that Jhanak is studying in Kolkata. But Bua says Parashar has done so much for Jhanak, and she should return the favor. She calls Jhanak selfish like Nutan.
Parashar gets upset and asks Veer to take Bua away from there. Before leaving, Bua says that even if Parashar calls Jhanak, she still will not come.
After she leaves, Veer calls Jhanak. Jhanak immediately asks Parashar how he is feeling. Parashar lies and says he is completely fine. Jhanak tells him to stop lying. Parashar asks her not to worry about him and disconnects the call. Jhanak becomes worried.
