Jhanak 30 April 2026: Jhanak gives her name for both the debate and the dance performance. Mishti and her friends also register their names for the dance competition. The teacher asks Mishti to include Jhanak in their group, but Mishti quickly replies that her group is already complete.
The teacher then asks if Jhanak can perform solo instead. Srishti says that Thilothama received proper dance training from Arshi, so Jhanak cannot even stand against her. The teacher adds that Arshi herself will be coming the next day and tells Jhanak not to take part in dance because she cannot perform city-style dance.
Jhanak confidently tells the teacher that she will definitely learn the city dance style. Thilothama mocks her and asks if she knows all kinds of dance forms. Aayush supports Jhanak and asks them to at least give her one chance in the group, but Mishti refuses again.
Seeing this, Jhanak decides not to force herself and says she will remove her name from the dance performance. She says she will only take part in the debate competition.
Just then, a senior student enters and asks everyone to perform well because they have invited the education minister as the chief guest. Mishti proudly says they are ready and again taunts Jhanak for trying to take part in both dance and debate.
Aayush says there is nothing wrong if Jhanak wants to participate in more than one performance. Another senior student tells them that Saanjh is also coming the next day, and the seniors will perform too. He reveals that in the end, awards will be given for the best performances.
The teacher asks Aayush to finalize the participants’ list and submit it to her.
Later, a senior student asks Jhanak if she is upset because she could not give her name for dance. Jhanak calmly says she will focus on debate now, so it is fine.
Mishti again taunts her and says she should first learn dance and then try next year. Thilothama proudly says she has been dancing since childhood and asks Jhanak if she has ever learned dance before. Jhanak quietly shakes her head.
Thilothama then mocks her further by asking if she even knows what an auditorium is. The senior student interrupts and tells everyone to focus on their own performance instead of insulting others.
Jhanak walks away from there, but Mishti follows her and stops her. She says Jhanak cannot dance at their level and cannot learn everything in just one day. She tells Jhanak to stop thinking she can top in everything.
Jhanak replies that she already said she will not dance and will only participate in the debate. Mishti then says Jhanak will not do well in debate either.
Jhanak asks why Mishti cares so much about her. She says the judges will decide what she can or cannot do.
Thilothama tells Jhanak not to talk to them like that. Jhanak replies that she is also a student like them, so why should she stay silent? She asks why they keep insulting her again and again.
Mishti says talking to Jhanak is a waste of time. She taunts her for creating problems on the very first day of college.
Aayush steps in and tells everyone to accept that Jhanak is a student just like them. He says it is wrong to insult each other like this. He then asks Jhanak to take care of herself and leaves.
On the other side, Indumati tells Aditi that they are planning a surprise for Tanushri. She says Tanushri has gone to the temple to pray for both Mishti and Aditi.
Neelu says Aditi is lucky to have a mother-in-law like Tanushri. She then indirectly taunts Putul by saying not everyone gets a good husband and a good daughter-in-law.
Putul calmly replies that Neelu is right because some people do get a good husband but still never get the chance to live happily with him. Neelu asks what exactly she is trying to say.
Putul asks if Neelu is planning to stay there forever. Indumati tells Putul not to stretch the matter. Putul sadly says she feels like a burden in this house, and that is why Indumati never supports her.
Neelu then says Putul keeps trying to create problems between Rishi and Aditi by using Jhanak’s name.
Just then, Dadabhai comes there and tells Neelu clearly that he was the one who brought Jhanak into the house. Neelu says Putul always insults Aditi, but Putul asks her to stop.
At that moment, Mishti arrives looking upset. Indumati asks her what happened. Mishti says the problem is Jhanak.
Aditi tells Mishti to ignore Jhanak for now, but if Jhanak does anything against her, she will personally handle it.
Dadabhai says if anything wrong happens to Jhanak, he will not stay silent either. After saying this, he walks inside.
Meanwhile, Anjana asks Bablu if he heard what happened in Jhanak’s college. Bablu says yes and adds that he still cannot believe Aniruddh did something like that against Jhanak. He says he no longer recognizes this new version of Aniruddh.
Anjana says she feels very bad for Jhanak. Bablu tells her that no matter what happens, they will support Jhanak.
At that moment, Aniruddh and Arshi overhear everything.
Bablu tells Aniruddh directly that he has changed completely. Anjana also agrees and asks how he could do something so wrong to his own daughter.
Arshi gets angry and asks if they want Aniruddh to remain their servant forever.
Aniruddh asks Bablu what is really bothering him. Bablu says there is no use talking about it anymore and walks inside. Anjana follows him.
Later, Arshi tells Aniruddh that if Jhanak proves he is truly her father, things will become worse. She says even if Jhanak is not his daughter, she still should not be allowed to stay in Kolkata.
